The APMP Developing Economies' Committee (DEC) was established in 2000 to help address the needs of APMP member National Metrology Institutes (NMIs) from developing economies, and to oversee and coordinate associated work programs.
        The DEC Working Group comprises the following representatives:

    The 12th DEC Meeting was held in Tagaytay City, Philippines, on 10th July 2006, hosted by ITDI, Philippines. The Meeting Report and associated documents may be downloaded here. The actions arising from the 12th DEC Meeting are provided here.

    In association with the 12th DEC Meeting, the DEC conducted the second phase of its strategic planning process on 11th July 2006 and a joint TCQS-DEC Workshop to assist Developing Economies participation in the CIPM MRA.
