Technical Committee for Acoustics, Ultrasound and Vibration

The TCAUV was set up in 1999.

In addition to its formal work in the organization of APMP key and supplementary comparisons in acoustics, ultrasound and vibration measurement, the TCAUV acts as linkage of APMP activities to CCAUV of the CIPM and to its counterparts in other Regional Metrology Orgarnizations.

It facilitates cooperation in building and claiming CMCs of member economies in APMP and seeks to develop common aims for this diverse community. We believe we play better when we play together and play under the same rules.
